POSITIONS:

Lawn Care Crew Member - Now accepting applications for part-time seasonal position

Job Title: Lawn Care Crew Member

Supervisor: Assigned Crew Leader, Office Manager

Type: Part-Time and Full-Time Seasonal

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – TBD

Average Salary: $15 / hr

Overview: Responsible for various lawn care services like mowing, trimming, edging, property clean-ups, etc., for residential, commercial, and homeowner association properties within our local service area. Under the guidance of the Crew Leader, duties include

– Adhering to company standards and policies
– Operating routing software via your mobile device
– Following job notes and adding new notes as required
– Communication with Crew Leader, Account Manager, and Office Manager
– Daily mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing of assigned properties
– Seasonal pruning, trimming, and maintenance of landscape beds
– Seasonal property clean-ups, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing
– Use of hand tools, mowing equipment, and heavy machinery as needed
– Other tasks as assigned temporarily or permanently

Requirements:

– Pass a background check and drug screening
– Reliable transportation to and from work daily
– Legally eligible for employment in the United States
– Maintain a valid Driver’s License if in a driving position
– Possess a valid checking or savings account upon employment acceptance

Job Title: Landscaping Crew Member

Supervisor: Assigned Crew Leader, Project Foreman

Type: Part-Time and Full-Time Seasonal

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – TBD

Average Salary: $15 – $20 / hr

Overview:

Responsible for various landscaping and hardscaping installation and maintenance services, including the building and maintaining of landscape beds, paver patios and walkways, concrete patios, paver fire pits and seat walls, and other projects on residential, commercial, and homeowner association properties within our local service area.

Under the guidance of the Project Foreman, duties include:

– Adhering to company standards and policies
– Operating routing software via your mobile device
– Observing and following existing design and job notes on each project
– Communication with Crew Leader and Project Foreman
– Installation of landscape materials
– Seasonal pruning, trimming, and maintenance of landscape beds
– Seasonal property clean-ups, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing
– Use of hand tools, mowing equipment, and heavy machinery as needed
– Other tasks as assigned temporarily or permanently

Requirements:

– Pass a background check and drug screening
– Reliable transportation to and from work daily
– Legally eligible for employment in the United States

Overview:

Leads the field crew in providing various lawn care maintenance services such as mowing, trimming, edging walkways and curbs, and property clean-ups for residential, commercial, and homeowner association properties within our local service area.

In collaboration with the Office Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

– Reporting to the administrative team each morning to review the day’s work

– Allocating tools, fuel, equipment, and materials each morning

– Loading/unloading each morning and evening

– Checking and maintaining truck and equipment (oil, fluids, tire pressure, trailer connection, lights/brakes, blades, etc.)

– Reflecting the standards and expectations of the company

– Training field staff for efficient performance and maintaining performance reports

– Maintaining a drug-free workplace and enforcing it

– Strong knowledge of lawn care, maintenance, and plant identification

– Observing all company procedures and policies

– Operating routing software via mobile device

– Observing and adding job notes as necessary

– Implementing and training proper use of safety equipment and ergonomic practices

– Acting as a liaison between clients, administrative staff, and vendors if needed

– Tracking field labor and budgeted hours on each project

– Reviewing daily and weekly scheduled work and preparing as needed

– Enhancing safety and training procedures

– Communicating with the Office Manager as necessary

– Performing daily mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing of routed properties

Overview: Leads a field crew executing various landscape and outdoor living maintenance services of varying sizes.

In collaboration with other departments, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Reporting to the administrative project team each morning to review the day’s work

-Allocating tools, fuel, equipment, and materials each morning

-Loading/unloading each morning and evening

-Checking and maintaining truck and equipment (oil, fluids, tire pressure, trailer connection, lights/brakes, blades, etc.)

-Strong knowledge and ability to perform a wide range of landscape maintenance practices
